Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! Our mission includes additional effort to facilitate the
work of students, nonprofits, and those fighting COVID-19. See
more about those specialty programs above. Plans with multiple
users also come with discounts.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, you can
change or cancel your plan
at any time and scale up or down as you desire as your demand
ebbs and flows. Billing takes place at the beginning of each
service period.
How do I access support?
All plans can utilize the
Docs
and send emails to the Aldras team. Tickets from plans with
priority support are addressed first and also have access to
phone support and consultation.
What can I automate?
You can program nearly anything that you as a human do to
interact with your computer. This includes mouse movements and
clicks, keyboard strokes, hotkeys, pauses, and more!
What can I not automate?
Unfortunately, due to the unique implementations in different
operating systems, programs, and devices, scrolling is very
inconsistent and has therefore been removed. See the
Docs
for recommendations.
Is Aldras for me?
Aldras is for individuals or organizations that would like to
accelerate straightforward repetitive computer tasks to
concentrate their own time and effort on more valuable
responsibilities. We have seen applications of Aldras in the
areas of engineering, customer success, sales, paperwork, data
processing, and much more.
Aldras is about delivering value for people. Even so, we know
that Aldras is not for everyone. The essence of Aldras's
mission is to save time for its users. Therefore, if the value
of the time that you intend to save with Aldras exceeds the
cost, Aldras might be a good fit for you.
In general, if you have less than one hour of repetitive
computer work every month, Aldras is likely not the best
option at this time. Additionally, if your team has direct
access to the developers of the programs that you use in your
workflows, you may have already worked with them to streamline
your processes.
